What this comparison covers

Lines match by their exact line ID, including leading zeros and letter case. It checks part number, quantity, unit price, and delivery date, plus missing or extra lines. Part numbers are also case-sensitive.

Use the same currency and unit basis on both sides. This check does not cover taxes, freight, unit conversions, other contract terms, or document authenticity. Findings support review; they do not approve an order.

What happens to the details I enter?

The comparison code keeps your entries in this page’s memory and does not submit them to us or an AI service. Refreshing or closing the page clears your edits. Download or copy a report to keep a record.
